  5. Vendor Outreach: Regularly share the candidate’s profile with the our direct clients & trusted vendors within our networks.

  6. Job Matching: Identify the best job opportunities that align with the candidate’s skill set and preferences and reaching out to the suitable companies.

  7. Interview Coordination: We coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining proactive follow-ups with recruiters to ensure your profile receives the attention it deserves. Our goal is to secure the best job offers for each candidate, ensuring a seamless and rewarding recruitment experience.

  8. Relationship Management: We cultivate strong, positive relationships with both candidates and white-listed vendors, ensuring long-term collaboration. W2 Full-Time is a status in which an employee is directly on the client’s payroll and the employer handles employee taxes and benefits such as health insurance, PTO (paid time off), 401K, and so on. they are potential enough to provide the H1B Sponsor Ship.

W2 Full Time

W2 Contract's

W2 Contract is a status in which an employee is directly on the client’s payroll or in a third-party payroll Like has an Employer or a Consultancy and the employer or consultancy handles employee taxes & generates the payrolls the candidates are not eligible for the benefits of health insurance, PTO (paid time off), 401K, and so on. then it depends on the client.

The short-term Contract is for 3 months to 6 months which is extended up to 3 or 6 months (no time frame given how many times it can be extended) it is on client requirements.

The long-term Contract is for 9 to 12 months of duration which can be extended for 6 months 9 months or 12 months (no time frame given how many times it can be extended) it is on client requirements.

C2C Corp to Corp

It is a contract between two corporations, not two individuals. Vendor candidates work on a contract basis with the client for a set period of time.

The Employer will pay tax on behalf of their consultants or candidates. and not eligible for Accommodation & Benefits..

C2H Contract to Hire

In a Contract to Hire Position for a set period you are on contract bases and once that time is completed then you are the full-time employee for that Company or Client. in that set period you are under the observation of your higher authority because they are the ones who are going to decide whether you are a good asset for the Company or not.
